Our Services

What to Expect

During a consultation, our veterinarians will take the time to thoroughly examine your pet, review their medical history, and listen to any concerns you may have. We understand that every pet is unique, and we will work with you to develop a comprehensive treatment plan that takes into account your pet's specific needs and lifestyle.

Questions about Consultations?

Our consultation hours are as follows:

  • Monday - Friday: 07:30 AM to 17:30 PM
  • Saturdays: 08:30 AM to 12:30 PM
  • We are closed on Sundays and public holidays.
  • In case of Emergencies we recommend contacting us as soon as possible. You can phone 033 343 4602 for after hour emergencies or WhatsApp on 084 352 2982 for advice.

We recommend scheduling an appointment to ensure that we can accommodate your visit and minimize waiting times.

In case of emergencies, and in general we do accept walk-ins, but appointments help us provide more efficient and personalised care for your pet.

Our pharmacy also assist with dispensing medications without a script.

For safety reasons we request that all dogs are kept on leashes and cats in carriers.

Please bring any previous medical records, your pet's vaccination history, and a list of any specific concerns or symptoms you've noticed. This information is invaluable in helping our veterinarians provide the best care possible.

New clients can complete our NEW CLIENT FORM on the website before arrival to save a bit of time.

We recommend arriving 10 minutes early for a stress-free experience.

The duration of a consultation varies depending on your pet's needs and the reason for the visit. Typically, a routine check-up can take approximately 15-30 minutes, but for more complex issues, an in-depth work-up is needed, your pet may stay for the day and go home in the afternoon.

While we strive to keep appointments on schedule, please understand that emergencies can occasionally arise, and these situations take precedence.
